At Anant Uniform, we follow a transparent and structured refund and cancellation policy in line with standard practices adopted by leading corporate and uniform manufacturing companies. Customers are requested to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before production or dispatch has started. Once an order is confirmed and moved into processing, production, customization, or dispatch, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Bulk orders, corporate orders, and customized or made-to-order uniforms cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

International orders are strictly non-cancellable after order confirmation.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in limited circumstances and are subject to inspection and approval by Anant Uniform.

Refunds may be considered if the product received has a genuine manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, provided the issue is reported within the specified timeframe after delivery and supported with proper evidence.

International orders are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances.

Bulk orders, customized uniforms, altered garments, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund.

Minor variations in color, fabric texture, fitting, or finish that are inherent to textile manufacturing shall not be considered defects and will not qualify for refunds.

Return Conditions (If Applicable)

In cases where a return is approved, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Any product failing to meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original mode of payment. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank policies.

Anant Uniform shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment service providers, or third-party platforms.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. Exchange requests for bulk, customized, or international orders are generally not permitted.

Quality Check & Verification

All products undergo strict quality inspection before dispatch. Any refund or return request will be evaluated only after internal verification.

Policy Misuse

Anant Uniform reserves the right to refuse refunds or cancellations if there is evidence of policy misuse, repeated claims, or fraudulent activity.
